PIZZA ANYBODY?

Who doesn't like the smell of a fresh, out of the oven, crispy, hot, melt in the mouth pizza?
Pizza is the ultimate comfort food. Everybody loves pizza, even kids, or shall i say especially kids.
Imagine you get the perfect recipe for pizza, not just a recipe but the recipe for a perfect piece of melting crispy yumminess.
Your kids will love you, and your husband too.
Remember last week MAGIC DOUGH we are going to use half of that recipe for today's pizza ingredients.
Here are the ingredients for the perfect easy to make RED SAUCE:
-1 Can of tomato sauce.
-1 Table spoon of olive oil.
-1/2 tea spoon of salt.
-1/2 tea spoon of black pepper.
-1/2 tea spoon of garlic powder.
-1/2 tea spoon of onion powder.
-1/2 tea spoon of oregano.
Boil this mixture until it thickens, be careful it will dry and burn fast. Once it's the consistency of a light paste, let it cool, et voila you are done with the pizza sauce.
Now you have the magic dough and the red sauce, all you need is cheese and toppings, that will be your choice what ever you and your family prefer, it can be anything you like.
Now all you have to do, is to assemble your pizza, preheat your oven at 425 degrees.
First take some Semolina or flour if you don't have it, but i prefer Semolina because it gives a crunch to the dough.
Flatten the dough with your hand on a surface sprinkled with Semolina, the dough is very light put enough semolina when ever and where ever it is sticky, form the shape of the pizza pan you are using.
Put the dough in the pan, than put a layer of red sauce enough to cover all the surface of the dough.
After that, sprinkle 2 cups of your favorite cheese (i like the pizza mix but cheddar is fine) on top of the red sauce.
If you are making a cheese pizza, you are done, but if your are making one with toppings , go ahead put them on top of the cheese.
Put the pizza in the middle rack of your preheated oven, and cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes.
That is it, you are done, now you and your family can enjoy a freshly homemade pizza in less time that it will take to order delivery.
Until next time, eat well, live well.
