DRINK WATER!

You want to be healthy, loose weight and feel great? Drink water.
Drink as much as you can, every time you feel like reaching for something to snack on , drink a glass of water.
Drinking anything won't count, you have to drink water, the benefits of drinking water won't be replaced by something sweet, hot or flavored, just plain clean water.
Get used to drinking water instead of soft drinks ,coffee, store bought juices, and flavored water.
No drinking while eating, and if you must do so drink water only.
You know that the best way to loose belly fat , is to drink before eating and NO drinking while eating. 
Water acts like a cleanser , it helps your body recover from toxins that are everywhere now days.
Drink water and help your family do it too.
